About Andy Rhodes
I offer vibrant photography and artistic design images that add a very creative aesthetic and mood to any environment. All work is based on an original photograph and then often it is altered through many layers of editing to produce the final result. Between 2007 and 2012, I shot over 40,000 photos. I decided to use an old digital camera with low resolution for a large portion of the pictures to achieve a particular impressionistic result. As of early 2022, I have 80,000 images to chose from. And it was originally several photos. They've been through a lot of layering and alteration to get to this point (maybe dozens of edits over the years). I like the way this one turned out. I love abstract art. Especially abstract expressionism as with Paul Klee and Wassily Kandinsky.
